This tiki bar favorite originated in Malaysia in the 1970's.

Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 oz dark rum
• 3/4 oz Campari
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• Garnish: pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry

Directions:
1) Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well.
2) Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
4) Garnish with pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
