Prohibition-era cocktail named after a popular phrase at that time meaning something outstanding. The honey syrup can be made by combining equal parts honey and water and heating it up until the honey dissolves.
• 2 oz Gin
• 3⁄4 oz Fresh lemon juice
• 1⁄2 oz Honey syrup
• Garnish: Lemon twist
1) Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
2) Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass using Hawthorne and fine mesh strainers.
3) Garnish with a lemon twist
