The famous Kentucky Derby cocktail, traditionally served in a silver julep cup.

Ingredients:
• 2 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
• 5 fresh mint leaves
• Splash of water
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• Garnish: mint sprig

Directions:
1) Add mint leaves, sugar and a splash of water into a julep cup or highball glass.
2) Gently muddle the mint, sugar, and water.
3) Fill the glass with crushed ice, add bourbon, and stir.
4) Garnish with a mint sprig.
