Early 20th century cocktail originating in Peru and featuring Pisco brandy, a grape-distilled spirit.
• 4 oz Pisco brandy
• 1 oz Fresh lime juice
• 1 oz Simple syrup
• 1⁄4 oz Egg White
• Garnish: Angostura bitters drops
1) Add pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker with ice and shake well.
2) Strain into a chilled rocks glass and garnish with a few drops of Angostura bitters.
