First shaken in New Orleans in 1888, this gin fizz variation is a rich, frothy classic. Orange flower water has a potent flavor, so make sure not to overdo it.
Ingredients:
• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Heavy cream
• 3⁄4 oz Fresh lemon juice
• 3⁄4 oz Fresh lime juice
• 1⁄4 oz Simple syrup
• 3 dashes Orange flower water
• 1 Egg white
• Club soda, to top
Directions:
1) Add gin, cream, lemon juice, lime juice, syrup, orange flower water, and egg white to a shaker and dry-shake (without ice) well.
2) Fill the shaker with ice and shake very vigorously for 30 to 45 seconds.
3) Strain into a highball glass and carefully top with club soda.
