This classic sour recipe originated in Paris in the 1920s and was said to be a favorite drink of Laurel and Hardy.
• 1-1/2 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
• 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
• 1 Egg white
1) Add all the ingredients into a shaker and dry shake (without ice).
2) Add ice and shake again to chill.
3) Double strain using Hawthorne and fine mesh strainers into a chilled cocktail glass.
