Like the Blue Lagoon, the Blue Hawaiian has a beautiful tropical blue color.  Featuring rum instead of vodka, this drink is essentially a blue-colored Piña colada, light and easy to drink.

Ingredients:
• 1 oz blue curaçao liqueur
• 1 oz light rum
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz cream of coconut
• Garnish: pineapple slice, maraschino cherry

Directions:
1) Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
2) Shake well and strain into a chilled Hurricane glass with fresh ice.
3) Garnish with pineapple and maraschino cherry.
