Mai Tai

The iconic rum-based Tiki bar cocktail invented in the 1940s at Trader Vic's in Oakland, CA.

• 2 oz rum
• 3/4 oz Fresh lime juice
• 1/4 oz Rich simple syrup
• 1/4 oz Orgeat
• 1/2 oz Orange curaçao
• Garnish: Mint sprig, pineapple wedge, cherry

1) Add rum, lime juice, syrup, orgeat, and orange curacao to a shaker, then pour in crushed ice and shake well.
2) Pour contents unstrained into a double Old Fashioned glass.
3) Garnish with a mint sprig, pineapple wedge, and cherry.
